A raw, windswept stretch of golden sand 20 to 30 minutes southwest of town through the jungle, facing the open Pacific. One of the best sunset spots on this coast, with cliff scenery and no commercial amenities at all — bring shade and water. Heavy shorebreak and strong undertow: better for bodysurfing, picnics and watching the swell than for a casual swim.
